Do you ship overseas?
No, we only ship within the Philippines at this time. But we are working on bigger plans to eventually be able to ship internationally.
Can I get a discount voucher for the first purchase?
While we don’t offer them regularly, we dish out coupons when we run special promotions. Don’t forget to follow us on our social media to catch these sweet deals.
I am interested in reselling your products. How should I go about it?
Becoming part of our community is so easy. Just create an account with us and fill out the reseller application form. Once approved, you can avail of our products at wholesale prices when you meet the minimum order.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale price for bulk orders because we want healthy food to be more accessible to everyone.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank deposit and COD (only for Lalamove).
Do you offer COD?
Yes, through Lalamove with an additional fee of Php50.00.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we can also be found online through Lazada, Shopee and Beauty MNL. Our products are also available in various retail partners: Gourdo’s, Apotheca, UltraSuperGreen, Rowena’s, HealthNest, Best Value Factory Food Outlet, Shoppers’ Mart, The Green Company, WonderBake and All About Baking.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We want your favorites to be delivered as fresh as possible straight to your door. We offer same-day delivery in Metro Manila through Lalamove, Grab and Mr. Speedy. Standard shipping through LBC takes about 2-5 days tops, depending on the day you placed your orders. For orders placed from Monday to Thursday, delivery will take 2-3 days. Orders made from Friday to Sunday will take 3-5 days to arrive.
